INTERESTED IN CLINICAL RESEARCH IN MEDICINE?

Drs. Thomas Zarchy and Michael Chan are currently undertaking a research project examining an interesting gastrointestinal disorder (Ulcerative Colitis) in a unique population, namely the Latino population that is served by the Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center. The aims of the study are to identify the specific genes that may contribute to ulcerative colitis and how these genes impact the disease course.
